INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE 

Our interior architecture is designed in house by our talented design team, this is done closely in development with the interior design and architectural design for the project, to form a coordinated cohesive aesthetic. 

LIGHTING DESIGN

 Beautifully designed and carefully planned lighting; Emphasizing important architectural features and creating ambiences to set the overall scene is an integral part of any interior design scheme. We design all our lighting schemes in house in close coordination with our interior, architectural and landscape design teams.

LANDSCAPE DESIGN 

A well-designed garden area complements the interior and architectural features of the property, often with the interior aesthetic being carried through into the outside space, blurring the boundary between inside and out. 

AV & HOME AUTOMATION 

Leisure Coast Design’s unique vertical integration allows us to design and deliver user friendly, sophisticated Audio Visual and Home Automation systems that are seamlessly integrated with our wider schemes.

Our design process includes 3D visuals, samples of finishes and a computer generated "walk through" if required.
